Health insurance can be complicated even for those who work with it every day. We encourage you to become familiar with your policy and benefits. Our helpful and experienced staff are available to assist you should you have further questions.
Financial Policies
- Co-payments are due at the time of service
- Our office will bill your health insurance plan for services provided

If you are without current health insurance, cash payment is expected at the time of service. Please be sure to bring a current photo ID and health insurance card(s) to each visit.
Our office anticipates payment within 30 days of billing. Accounts are considered delinquent after 90 days. We accept cash, checks, most major credit cards, and money orders. Please direct any billing or insurance questions to our billing department at (530) 338-1114.
Insurance Policy
Selah Women's Health OB-GYN accepts most major insurance plans. Please call our office to inquire about your particular insurance. We also accept self-pay patients and out of network patients and would be glad to assist you in arranging for payment of services.
After services are provided, we will be glad to file claims to your insurance company on your behalf. We will assist you in making sure that your insurance pays us timely and appropriately for services we have provided to you. However, please know that ultimately you are financially responsible for payment of bills incurred.
Any patient who schedules an appointment and fails to keep that appointment without providing 24 hour notice of cancellation will be responsible for a $35 no show fee. Call (530) 338-1114 with any inquiries regarding billing and insurance.
Accepted Insurances
We accept many insurance plans. Participation information is not a guarantee of payment. Patients are responsible for any non-covered charges for services excluded under their insurance contract. Please check with your health plan to make sure a physician at Selah Women's Health is considered an in-network provider for the service(s) you require. If you do not see your insurance on the list below, please contact our office or your insurance to confirm participation.
